i dont need much, just good service with minutes, speaker phone, and if its cheap, maybe a camera.

NO! WHATEVER YOU DO DONT GET A RAZR! They break so easily! Two months after I got my silver RAZR I broke it by just flipping it open! If you drop the RAZR its gone! Get a Samsung T. Theyre not skinny, but they are slim. Its a slider phone. Its with plan, not too bad. Its has an MP Player, games, a camera, a video player and camera, a web browser, and Bluetooth.
