the ipod shuffle is very good for this activity,.brbrit is pounds itself,and is cm long and cm wide, pretty small! its very simple to use, jst play button, pause button, and toggle the volume. you can set the mp player to a setting called shuffle where it shuffles the songs you have imported onto it so you can good a good mizture of different varieties of songs that you enjoy . or you can put it to play through where it goes through every album you have imported. it also has a strong reliable clip which is very useful when jogging and wont fall and break. however ipod headphones are not the best for jogging so therefore you may need to spend a bit more money on oher high quality headphones.brbrhope this is the mp player for you!brbrgood luck x
